SCT® offers unique and effective change strategies for all living human systems: individuals, groups, couples, and organizations. This all-day workshop, led by a licensed and experienced SCT practitioner, provides theoretical and experiential training in SCT.
An SCT workshop includes:
The method of Functional Subgrouping that creates potential safety in joining on a similarity and works with differences that naturally emerge in a group so that they can be used as a resource for problem solving.
Skills to lower anxiety and tension so we can stay engaged in the present.
Identifying the stages of group development and how they affect the work the group can do as it progresses.
Strategies for clear communication and an open flow of information/energy.
Learning to identify roles we take on that hinder us in different settings.
Exploring our reactions to authority and leadership.
