SCT® offers unique and effective change strategies for all living human systems: individuals, groups, couples, and organizations. This all-day workshop, led by a licensed and experienced SCT practitioner, provides theoretical and experiential training in SCT.
An SCT workshop includes:

psychotherapist with individuals, couples and groups.

An SCT workshop includes:
- The method of Functional Subgrouping that creates potential safety in joining on a similarity and works with differences that naturally emerge in a group so that they can be used as a resource for problem solving.
- Skills to lower anxiety and tension so we can stay engaged in the present.
- Identifying the stages of group development and how they affect the work the group can do as it progresses.
- Strategies for clear communication and an open flow of information/energy.
- Learning to identify roles we take on that hinder us in different settings.
- Exploring our reactions to authority and leadership.

- Early Bird (only available for September workshop): $179, if you register and pay by Sept. 10.
- Regular: $199, if you register and pay before the day of the workshop.
- At the Door: $209
